Small pods, real ownership

You own outcomes on a named set of accounts. No layers, no relay race. The strategist, paid media manager, and creative work as one unit per client.

Senior by default

We'd rather take fewer clients and staff each one properly than scale on cheap labor. That means we hire experienced people and pay accordingly.

Diagnosis over busywork

We don't reward activity, we reward results. If something isn't working we kill it. No vanity dashboards, no make-work reporting.

Full-time · Remote (US), Austin preferred · $130k–$165k + bonus
You'll own 3–4 client engagements end to end: run the diagnostic, set strategy, and build the RevOps infrastructure. 5+ years in B2B SaaS RevOps or growth.

Build and run paid LinkedIn and Google programs measured on pipeline, not clicks. Deep B2B paid social experience and a healthy disrespect for vanity metrics required.

Own the creative engine across all accounts: ads, landing pages, monthly refresh. Strong B2B portfolio and the ability to ship volume without dropping quality.
