No. The retainer covers strategy, infrastructure, execution, and creative. Your media budget is separate and goes directly to the platforms. We'll recommend a starting spend based on your constraint and goals during the diagnostic.

Core starts with a 90-day initial term so we can complete the diagnostic and first execution cycle, then continues month to month. We'd rather earn the renewal than lock you in. Foundations works the same way.

Because hiding it wastes everyone's time and signals that the number is negotiable based on how much you look like you can pay. Ours isn't. Transparent pricing lets you self-qualify, so the calls we do take are with the right companies.

The ARR ranges are guidance, not gates. The diagnostic determines the right fit. If you're a $5M company with a complex system, Core may suit you better. We'll be honest about it.

The diagnostic delivers value on its own, that's why the audit is creditable. We don't promise a specific revenue number, because anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is owning the outcome, reporting honestly, and killing what doesn't work fast.
